Job Description:

The Training & Development Officer is responsible for identifying employees training/learning and evelopment needs, and for planning & designing, organizing and overseeing appropriatetrainings.

The Training & Development Officer helps the Management with the ongoing, longterm improvement of employees by assessing their skills and knowledge enabling them to fulfill
their potential.

  • Company Profile
  • Departmental Orientation
  • Training/Learning & Development Administration
  • Identify, design, expands and update training needs and programs
  • Digital Training Library
