Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS/AB Psychology, HRDM, or any behavioral and legal courses
- Preferable with experience but not required
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Must be analytical, proficient in oral and written communication

The HR Assistant is responsible facilitating HREE functions and in its day-to-day operations which consists of disciplinary action and it’s procedures, employee recreational activities and team building activities, labor compliance and reports, orientation and training programs, clerical and administrative functions in support and compliance to company and employee’s needs.
